1. company identification

PYROCA SAS, registered and domiciled at 25 rue Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, FRANCE, is the operator of the website eu.pyroca.com. All correspondence can be sent to the following email address: contact@pyroca.com.

These GTC define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the online sale of products offered by PYROCA SAS.

2. scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed on the website eu.pyroca.com by individual or professional customers (hereinafter referred to as "the customer"). They supersede any other document or communication, unless expressly agreed to in writing by PYROCA.

By validating their order, the customer declares that they have read the Terms and Conditions and accept them fully and without reservation.

  • Related accessories: covers, maintenance tools, spare parts.
  • Portable barbecues 
  • Related accessories: carrying cases, protective mats.
  • Gift cards

PYROCA gift cards are redeemable on the PYROCA online store during their validity period, up to their available balance. They can be used in one or more transactions and supplemented, if necessary, by another payment method.

 

Gift cards are not exchangeable for cash and cannot be used to purchase another gift card, unless otherwise provided by law.

 

In the event of cancellation, return, or refund of an order paid for, in whole or in part, using a gift card, the amount corresponding to the sum actually paid with it will be re-credited to a gift card, subject to applicable legal provisions.

 

When several payment methods have been used to pay for an order, the refund is made, to the extent permitted by applicable regulations, according to the distribution of the amounts actually paid with each payment method.

 

The withdrawal conditions applicable to the purchase and use of gift cards are those provided for by the regulations in force.

 

Availability:

 

Products are available:

  • In stock: fast delivery subject to availability.
  • By order: for specific customizations or in case of out-of-stock. Manufacturing times will be communicated to the customer.

User manual and safety:

 

Each product comes with a detailed manual including:

  • Installation and usage instructions.
  • Maintenance and safety measures. The customer agrees to read and follow these instructions. In case of non-compliance, PYROCA disclaims all responsibility.

4. price

  • The prices displayed on the website are in euros (EUR) and include applicable taxes (VAT).
  • Delivery charges are calculated and added to the total amount when the order is confirmed.
  • PYROCA reserves the right to change its prices at any time. However, the prices applied will be those in effect at the time of the order.

5. payment terms

Secure payments:

All transactions are carried out via secure platforms that comply with international standards. PYROCA does not store any banking data.

6. orders and modifications

Ordering process:

  • The customer validates their order via the website eu.pyroca.com by following the indicated steps.
  • An order confirmation is sent by email after payment has been validated.

International orders:

  • Orders outside of France require a personalized quote for shipping costs.
  • PYROCA reserves the right to refuse any non-compliant order.

Modification or cancellation:

  • Orders can only be modified or cancelled before they are shipped.
  • Once the package has been picked up by the carrier, no changes or cancellations will be possible.

7. delivery

Partner carriers:

Pyroca collaborates with recognized carriers, such as:

  • The Post Office,
  • UPS ,
  • GLS ,
  • DHL ,
  • FedEx,
  • Mondial Relay.

For calculated shipping costs: The delivery costs for your order will be calculated and displayed during the order summary .

Delivery areas:

  • Metropolitan France: Standard delivery to all provinces and territories.
  • Belgium, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Germany, Austria, Spain, Portugal and Italy
  • Overseas Departments and Territories and International: Available on quote only.

Processing times:

All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receipt of your order confirmation email. You will receive an additional notification when your order has been shipped.

Delivery times:

Delivery times generally vary between 7 and 14 business days for shipments within Canada, depending on the region. International delivery times depend on the destination.

Responsibility :

  • Once the package has been taken into the care of the carrier, PYROCA cannot be held responsible for any delays, losses or damages that occur during transport.
  • The customer is required to check the condition of the package upon receipt and to report any damage to the carrier within 48 hours .

8. return policy and warranty

Return Conditions:

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, only for defective or non-conforming products.
  • Returns will not be accepted for products damaged due to misuse or customer negligence.

Legal Warranty:

  • Heaters are guaranteed for 1 year for metal parts.
  • Portable barbecues are guaranteed for 5 years for metal parts on the mechanical structure (excluding the carrying case).
  • Fragile parts, such as the glass tube, are not covered by the warranty.

Return Process:

  • The customer must contact Pyroca at contact@pyroca.com to initiate a return or claim.
  • A personalized solution will be offered: replacement, repair, or refund.

9. responsibility

Disclaimer:

  • PYROCA declines all responsibility in case of failure to comply with the instructions for use and safety.
  • The company is not liable for indirect damages, such as loss of business or revenue.

Limitation of liability:

In any event, PYROCA's liability is limited to the amount of the order.

10. intellectual property

Protection of rights:

  • Pyroca products, as well as their technology and design, are protected by registered patents and copyrights.
  • Pyroca is a registered trademark. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification or use is strictly prohibited.

11. disputes

Amicable resolution:

Pyroca prioritizes the amicable settlement of disputes with its customers to guarantee an optimal customer experience.

Legal competence:

In the event of failure to reach an amicable settlement, disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of France .

12. personal data

Privacy Policy :

Pyroca collects and uses personal data in accordance with Canadian law. The information collected is necessary for:

  • Processing orders,
  • Manage deliveries,
  • Improve the user experience.
